Called for dishwasher repair - they scheduled a subcontracter. Repairman arrived, and said parts had to be ordered I paid an $85 deposit to Spring Valley, and then a $200 fee to 290 Appliance for parts. After parts arrived, scheduled appointment. Repair man did not arrive as scheduled. Called 290 and they said repairman took the day off. I was not called or advised. Rescheduled for next day - finally about 5 I called 290 to see if repairman was coming - they said he couldn't make it, so I rescheduled again. He did show up the same day a little after 7 p.m. The repair cost was exorbitant and service was not up to par.

I am thankful I found these guys online. I called early this morning and they were able to get here before noon. They fixed my Roper washer. Fast affordable and really does a quality job.
