Exceptional.
Jennifer (Owner) and her tech (Alex) are total pros. Our 9-year-old LG washer just stopped mid-wash. Alex came out, diagnosed a fault relay, and ordered the part. He knows his stuff. Before leaving, Alex warned me this model has a history of systemic issues that cause the abovementioned relay to fail. Sure enough, on his second visit, he replaced the relay, and the moment power was applied, a spark from a fried wiring harness at the bottom of the washer made itself known.
Alex (who has decades of experience with appliances) advised we toss in the towel on our washer. We'd just be chasing good money after bad. He then assessed our needs and recommended what brands and types of washers we should look at. Mind you, GM Appliance Service doesn't sell washing machines. Alex was just trying to help.
We paid $178 for the parts and Alex's visit. Jennifer MAILED BACK half the money we paid. We didn't even ask her to do that!
