You make reservations. You show up. They dont have a car for you. This has happened to me multiple times. Dont waste your time.

If I can give 0 stars I would I normally rent my vehicles through Enterprise but this particular weekend they were out of cars so I had no choice but to go to them and the experience was smooth getting the car! However the car was not clean on the inside or outside, I had to take it back because I thought something was wrong with the backseat belts but the person before me left it tangled so they fixed it, and then I come to close out the ticket so I could get reimbursed from my warranty they tried to charge me $275 for 11 days and I only had it for 6. So the guy is going back and forth with me about how he probably wouldnt be able to change it, and etc. and after I said I was going to have to call corporate because Im not going to be held liable for the rest of the charges if my warranty doesnt cover all the days and magically he was able to change it! So he took off the deposit I paid and charged me $100 and so now Im looking at my bank account and I see that Im being charged $150 therefore I was charged twice! Smh Im canceling my card today because it just sound like a lot of miscommunication and fraudulent BS to me! Im heated
