        This location doesnt have enough employees; hence, be ready to wait for up to 30 mins whenever you pick up or return a vehicle (they would value your time). However, the few employees I have met are usually friendly and well knowledgeable about their job. Only one person operates the whole store. Their computing system is slow and outdated.

        This location and 2 really great people there when I picked up my vehicle. They were very low on availability, but they were still able to take care of my reservation. Friendly, knowledgeable, and all around great personalities. I would definitely come here again.

        Impossible to get ahold of. Just lets the phone ring. Go to the hertz in the Woodlands, the customer service is worth the drive.
