Woodglen village is not a good home like it use to be I been here for 15 years n the new owners we have are not nice they dont answer the phone pool been close for a year she's talking about having CPS in kids life I never heard of any owner doing that she stays on the property but doesn't make anything easy for nobody I have called corporate office alot of times cause we need new owners in our office my kids dont wanna stay here nomore we are paying to much for rent like if its 1250 then next month it shouldn't be no 1400 some of the other people that stays here said they think they are putting some of the money in there pockets it use to be a good vibe and now it's not we could called this place home now it feels like we are lock up in jail or something.

Our experience here between 2019-2021 has been very unpleasant. Our move-in day was hell; we were assigned to a unit but because it was not prepared, the a leasing agents during that period put us in another unit that was also not prepared. During our stay there the country was going through bad weather and the pandemic and we encounter a lot of issues to flooding, water heater going out, electric outages and more..... The apartment complex has Ridiculous Fees! They charge twice for trash, rental insurance that doesn’t cover your property only theirs. Woodglen Village need the Heath Department to come out. They are infested with roaches, insects, and mildew. It’s vey unhealthy. There have been countless of times that we have woken up to no water with no notice. We hate it so bad that it caused tryna to our lives. We are ready to move!

The apartment was not walked before I moved in and it had issues that originally were not going to be fixed. Once the regional manager confirmed the apartment was not walked by the leasing agent he was fired. The apartment aesthetic (hardwood floors and size) was nice other than no handles on the cabinets, no top lock, and many other frustrating issues. It is inevitable not to see at least 1 roach. And the management company is the worst company (customer service, maintenance, getting things done) . I was paying $1100 for nothing but issues. To top everything off my second to last month there my hot water heater caught fire (i later found out i was not the only tenant this happened to) and I was released out my lease. It seems like an okay complex for older kids because most people have kids here but I would not recommend the property to anyone..ever. And take videos pictures etc. before you leave because they are the type to find something wrong with everything else but their poor customer service.
