    Ore experience so far...EXCELLENT Ramin bends over backwards to make us feel at home. We are so happy to see a familiar face AND the whole staff is awesome. If something breaks they come ASAP I used to wait from 24 to 72 hrs to have something done, here 3 hrs top!!! LOVE IT HERE. thx milano.

    The worst place ever and management is garbage!! Employees had doors locked and they just all looked at me while I was trying to go into leasing office to discuss a matter. Read the reviews people and take our words for it!!

    Please don’t move here unless you’re 100% desperate or unknowing like I was . Day 1 of me moving in, while I was doing my own cleaning of the apartment before moving my stuff in I noticed several dog hairs on the carpet . I stopped what I was cleaning and began to vacuum - only to have to stop 3 times and empty out the vacuum because it was full of dog hair ! 🤢 . Filled out the conditions form explaining the dog hair and other things - literally turned it in the next day . It’s been a month later and those issues still haven’t been addressed. 100% unacceptable. The mailbox key that was issued to me did work and the leasing office was zero help on communicating the issue , how to fix the issue , AND WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED . I’ve been waiting 2 weeks plus to receive a new key and the only time I received an update is when I called their office. I so happened to run into a maintenance employee and asked him if he could potentially help me - he literally gave me a new set of keys that actually work in less than an hour .

    Update: all repairs and issues have been resolved. I haven’t been here a month and it’s already been a horrible experience. Beginning with the application process, Trilby initially had me apply for a unit under the impression it was upgraded. After verifying with another member it was not, and of course we had to go through the whole process of changing the unit with an increased price rather than what I was told. Second, she also issued me a carport which was already assigned to someone else. So I almost got someone else’s car towed even though they were rightfully in their spot because of her mistake. Third, I have brand new appliances and for some reason the refrigerator isn’t cooling enough. Instead of taking a thorough inspection, maintenance came and just turned the dial down to a lower number(which I tried previously and food was still spoiling) and checked off “complete” on the work order. Literally watched him come in and out and did NOTHING. It’s been over a week and I cannot store anything in my refrigerator past a day and have had to freeze my milk. Lastly, maintenance is supposed to call before entering my unit because I have an animal. While at work, my alarm company almost dispatched police because the front door was opened. No one is admitting that it was maintenance, so if not maintenance then WHO has a key? After expressing frustration, I was told I would get the locks changed immediately. A worker stopped by with the wrong locks, not sure how they are different than any one else’s but okay. He said he will return in the morning to complete the job. (Liable for litigation if not done) Complex is really nice, administrative and maintenance are sketchy. That is all.
