Have to give congrats when congrats are do. Less than a month ago air conditioner was on its last leg n finally gave out. My girlfriend was with out A/C for 5 Days due to maintenance temporarily fixes n then no A/c with in 24 hours. Met Mr Henry explained the situation to us n came through on replacing the A/C unit with a new one n he follow up with us to make sure everything was operational Henry is a asset to this community. Thanks again Henry for your attention in this matter.

I lived here for two years. Some of the major issues I lived with were a very loud HVAC unit, a roach problem (many live roaches outside the apartment during the summer, fairly often would find dead roaches inside the department), all the gym treadmills were out of order in my 2 years there. However, the neighborhood is fairly quiet and safe, I think I only had a package stolen once, and my neighbors were good. My 1 bedroom apartment was outdated but very spacious. Never had issues finding either street parking or surface lot parking inside. Maintenance was always quite prompt for me. Management were pretty easy to work with and had no issues getting my security deposit back. In my second year, a new management took over and they made a few significant improvements such as having us install an app to open the parking gate which made life SO much easier. Prior to this, it was a keypad entry and there was no way to walk out of the gate (only cars would activate the exit gate). While I would not say this is a great apartment, I thought it was a decent place to live considering how affordable the rent is.

I've been living here for almost two years. I was tricked to sign the contract because I was told that my rate would be the same as long as I tell the office one month before my lease end. Everytime I request a maintenance to fix something, it takes several days for them to fix it and they would NEVER call back for an update. You would have to go directly to the leasing office because they NEVER answer the phone. People getting their tires/rims stolen and my car was hit last week and management showing no effort whatsoever to help me find out who hit my car. Bad expirience after bad expirience. Not to mention that the dumpsters are always full and parking lot is trashed every morning. Parking system sucks and gate is always broken, giving free access to thiefs to come in and out as they please. Overall, I will definitely not renewing my contract and tell people to STAY AWAY from this place.

horrible apartments even after finally moving out. they sent my check for my deposit, of course they entered my info wrong and the check is declined. ive been calling for months and went up to the property 3 times, all times theyve spontaneously closed or do not answer the phone. finally someone answered last eeek and said call back when manager comes in, IVE CALLES 6 TIMES NO ANSWER. called right back and BELINDA answered, she was always very rude when i previously lived her and continues to be. of course her excuse is they may be touring or on lunch, and she cant guarantee someone will be in the office any time of the day. THIS PROPERTY IS A JOKE, AAVE YOUR MOMEY AND DO NOT MOVE HERE. its already bad within 2 years my rent increased from 900 to 1400 when i moved out in january, and service has gotten no better. apartments are not even nice or luxury and roach infested, STEER CLEAR.
