I’ve been around this property for over 10 years and I’ve literally watch it go down to the ground. There is no parking for tenants , you have to park on street . There are bad break ins and the apartments do not enforce security or cameras for the property. The water is very brown and unsafe for drinking maybe even not safe for a shower because of the level of ph the water is probably a 1 or 2 . This water need to be tested by a lab ! This is unsafe !

Don’t come & live here I been leaving here for 2 years already & I been having problem with the people from the office they won’t change my carpet & they don’t want to switch me to another apartment & the supposedly lady that manager patricia is so rude & unprofessional

NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR!! Por fuera están bonitos pero adentro tienen muchos problemas estos apartamentos y las empleadas no les importa cuánto te quejes ellas dicen que enviarán a mantenimiento pero nunca llegan. Tengo muchas quejas y antes estaba muy emocionada de vivir acá pero me an dejado muy mal sabor de boca. Gracias a Dios ya pronto termina mi contrato y saldré de este Infierno! Mi hijo mayor tubo que mudarse con mi mamá porque se enfermo de asma con ese mojo que nunca me resolvieron mi problema de liqueo. Y tengo 2 niñas pequeñas también y pasan enfermas por lo mismo. Este apartamento es inhabitable pero ellos solo le pasarán pintura cuando me mude y se lo darán a otra familia como si nada. Solamente tengan cuidado donde rentan.
