Horrible experience at the emergency room, from the front desk to the doctors
Only the Nurse was actually the nice one and seemed to care..

Ive been to this place plenty of times and never had a bad experience until 2 days ago . I took my 7 month old in due to her having trouble breathing . The dr arugula woo I believe was her name right away seemed like she was in a rush . Long story short she notified me that she had strider and was going to send me home with no treatment for my baby at all she said she was to little to receive anything . Which was a lie ! As she was about to discharge me I asked her my daughter isnt gonna stop breathing on me she says no shes not leaves the room comes back and says Im going to give her a treatment. After she just told me theres nothing she can give her. So that was a red flag then I ask if I can have some of the treatment to take home they tell me no they cant and the treatment last for days . Another lie because its supposed to be given every 3 hours . How do I know you may ask ? Because I am here at the childrens hospital the morning after I got sent home because her breathing was horrible . The drs were in disbelief on how they sent me home with my daughter this way . Now I am staying for 2 nights so she can be monitored and is now receiving treatments every 3 hours and a steroid every 6 I cant believe they sent me home with my baby while she was in danger pretty much . Im am not happy about this & I recommend you do not go here. Or at least when that dr is working at least .

2nd time I come to this emergency room and again, treated very impolitely by the doctors. Very unprofessional. Despite the 2 hour wait time just for the doctor to be rude. I tested positive for marijuana use besides the fact that Ive been completely sick for a whole week, the doctor automatic response was youre sick because theres cannabis in your system . And that you can look at a person and tell . I asked her multiple times if anything else came out on my urinary test because Ive been really sick for a while now. She kept saying no no that I need to quit smoking After I left and got my discharge papers I checked them and it says I have a UTI. The doctors did not tell me any of that information she said I was sick because I smoke. I understand whatever about marijuana laws but being treated differently for my lifestyle should be against the rules at a hospital. Its their job to at least let you know if youre sick and she lied and told me over and over nothing was wrong with me but on paperworks says I have a UTI?? Never again. DO NOT waste your time in this emergency room. Nurses were rude as well, both times I came to be seen.

This place is the worst. I was in a car accident the 23rd where BOTH vehicles were totaled, so I went the same day to get checked. Since the scans showed no broken bones, they basically treated me like i was there with a cold. The dr prescribed me 400mg ibuprofen and a few days of muscle relaxer. The next few days I was in excruciating pain from my back, chest, and neck, could not even get up, yet my diagnosis there was neck sprain. Not sure why I couldnt move for days and am still in a lot of pain from my back and chest with a neck sprain! I thought maybe it was just the doctor I had there (thin white gentlemen with an earring) but my husband was stuck there this morning almost 3 HOURS because there systems were down? At least they gave him a shot for his pain and an arm sling, more than they did for me! Oh and dont try calling, phone just hangs up.
