        I had to come here because I went to the providence on transmountain for an ear infection I had and the doctor only put fluids and tylenol in me and sent me home in pain my whole head and my ear and my throat hurt so bad it was unbearable I had to go back 3 more times and all the doctors kept telling me it's not that bad. They kept sending me home still in pain. I came here and they did incredible! Dr Diaz and Luis Lujan Martino were my saviors! Dr Diaz found scars on my eardrums and saw that my tonsils definitely had white spots which is funny cause the doctors at providence kept telling me that I just was swollen and it wasn't that bad. He gave me everything I needed right then and there and gave me all the information I needed to know which they also didn't do at providence. And Luis was describing everything before he gave me all the shots and stuff and he was very nice! I came with pain climbing to an 8 and they brought all that pain down to 1 maybe even 0. I also didn't have to wait that long in the lobby to get a room. Now I have all the meds I need I can finally eat drink and sleep and talk and breath without being in pain! I'm absolutely so grateful for the people in this hospital they gave me everything I needed and no one was rude to me at all thank you so much Las Palmas!

        Went here after I got in a minor accident to see if my baby was okay at 18 weeks and the whole medical staff was so kind and compassionate. I was very emotional but everyone made sure to let me know I was in good hands. Dr. Grow saw me and he listened to what I wanted and was kind, something you do not get with a lot of doctors nowadays. He was also super helpful in letting me know how severe my issue was and he made sure I knew what to do next. Overall it was a good experience, from the nurses to the ultrasound tech to the doctor. Everyone was so kind and caring and I was happy I went here!
