Usually there's no wait and staff is great. Came in to pick up my girlfriend and no one was at front counter at 5:30 pm. Rang bell 3 times no answer. They only looked in on me when I tried to open locked door and after that a nurse with bruises on her face told me to wait. No help at all really sad cuz we usually have good experiences here.

I took my husband in and rang the bell 3 times during the 10 minutes we were there. No one EVER came out to greet us. or say it would be a few minutes. We left. RIDICULOUS! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!

They do not seem to want to find the problem. I have an ongoing chemical taste in my mouth for several days so they charge me, give me pain medicine for a secondary minor headache concern, and tell me to get a Covid test. No other Covid symptoms. The nurse took my medical history and wrote it on a paper towel and then took it out with her. The doctor spent less than 2 minutes speaking with me. Did not even ask questions about when the problem first occurred. They kind of seemed like they couldnt be bothered to help. No labs ordered. Didnt even ask me about the medications I am taking. The only upside was that I did not have to wait very long.

Worst hospital ever staff is super rude and they have you waiting in the waiting room for over 2 hours and the staff and doctors here are lazy
