The manager at this location is a petty, unprofessional, oxygen thief. I'm not sure where he was trained? (University of Phoenix online. In their lowest cost entry-level 2 year liberal arts degree) 1. He is incapable of building any rapport with customers. I watched him completely frustrate 3 customers in a row. 2. His employees don't like him. I pointed it our. He turned to face them and asked i what I was saying was true? At this point I immediately jumped in and said "Please do not answer him" To which I clearly stated to him- Your boss can ask that question via anonymous survey, but you cannot. (I was very curious as to why he did not know some very basic managerial work rules or guidelines. 3. There is certainly a competence issue with this individual. During my first interaction with him, he wanted to enforce a smoking charge. I had already explained this to the (very helpful and very professional) young clerk who was attending to me at the time, that I had been filling the fuel tank right across the street. Two of my acquaintances were standing by the drivers side window assaulting myby telling me about a concert and singing every song on the set list to the horror of all within ear shot. The wind wafted some smoke into the vehicle. This is the point where pretty much everything fell apart for this childish, inept, mousy liar. He says: I've heard your explanation, but there is something called physics that indicates you are not being truthful. I thought I was going to burst out laughing. His odd look at me went straight to defeat when I explained that my education and experience were in polymer chemistry and aeronautics. Right now to finish the review and story would be pointless. I gave him a brief synopsis of at least four principles that soundly defeat his amazingly poor attempt to explain the problem and allow him to charge me somewhere between $100 and $450 to clean the vehicle. I make no apology for what I said after that. .But I can assure you my behavior was lengthy, negative and utterly embarassing for him. He finally said he was not going to charge me . I made him very aware that he would never be able to charge me. Here is a small bit of unsolicited advice: Dump this policy. You can't effectively sell it. It will always result in bad reviews and very bad press. Keep it bury it in the fine print of the contract. Of course, terminate or don't hirliars and clowns like this intellectually stunted obfuscating pedantic. I know I could never trust this imbecile again. But consider this as well, The remaining employees and new hires are being taught by this guy. He is crippling your people from the neck up. Safe to say that stellar 3.7 Google rating won't be moving anywhere but lower. I witnessed that location. Believe this : that 3.7 was very generous

Sick and tired of renting from a company that pays Zero attention to customer service. Hidden fees at drop off and the attendant was of NO VALUE. No manager made available to discuss. Why do i bother giving them future business.
