Avis Car Rental

Rented our car from Avis in Conroe. We drove over 3,000 miles on a vacation. This is the way to go when exploring on a roadtrip. Bonnie is the person to ask for to help you arrange your rental. We will definitely be renting again.

Friendly and easy rental experience Easy to communicate with staff no hassle rental. Update Today 6/14/23 Return the rental vehicle back on property last night,because I knew I wasn't gonna be able to before work this morning which was due back today,but forgot I had to drop the keys off this morning before work. Was able to call and explain,was able to drop the keys off with no extra hassle. Thks Avis staff at the Conroe office!!! Oh and was put in Suv because the car I reserved was not available, great service and fast, Bonnie and Ashton and rest of the staff!!

I have always loved Avis but received a random letter in the mail a month after my last rental. I then had $599 removed from my account with no other communication . I believe this was a error and I will be switching to a different company going forward. Rent from Avis with caution!

Customer service was great, but they didn't have the vehicle that was advertised. Overall good experience.
