Hertz Car Rental - Dallas Fort Worth Airport

Rented a car online. Got all the way to the rental area and he said they could not honor the rental because they dont have any cars. Would have been great to know before coming all the way out and already booking. Would have been great for the site to tell me no. Awesome experience. Dude at the counter couldnt have cared less

Come on Hertz. what the hell is the benefit of elite status when you offer it to everyone? i arrived last night only to find a line 30 deep of 5 star members waiting for a car? I walk right past over to your competition and was in a walk up car inside of 5 min.

Had to wait in line for 35 mins to get a car. They didnt have any ready and there was a line of at least 40 people!! Definitely go for Avis !

Bunch of arrogant and inconsiderate people running this location. The people at the front desk are just keeping seat warm.
