Payless Car Rental

Our sales rep was deceitful about charges and fees. We were charged THREE TIMES the price we were originally quoted. We clarified over and over that we did not want rental insurance, but she failed to inform us that we were supposed to un-select a tiny button in order to opt out of insurance. We then were offered an upgrade for only $30. We were sure to ask, $30 extra for the total trip?, to which she said Yes - $30 total. Turns out, it was $30 extra PER DAY of our six day trip. She completely misled us so as to upcharge us. The manager would NOT fully remedy the situation - he only offered a small refund that still cost us $300 extra (as opposed to $600 extra). We were highly unimpressed with the entire situation

Extremely slow lines for pickup. We waited an hour for a car and that was with a reservation. We returned the car an hour early on the expected day, but I just received a text message stating it was now three days late and I needed to extend my rental. After calling customer service, she asked me when I returned the car and how much gas was in it. After a brief hold she came back on the phone and said she had closed my contract and she was sorry about the delay of keeping it open. I will never use Payless again.

Couldve dealt with the dirty car and a little damage at pick up. It was called pay less after all just thought it was a little cheesy after I topped off the tank across the street that the receipt said 18.8 gallons out and 18.4 gallons in And got charged half gallon nine dollar fuel price

I must say I havent been to a circus sine I was a child ,but my experience this past weekend with Payless was a big circus,hot lobby ,incompetent people,long line,everyone ahead of me returned with complaints. TURN THIS PLACE INTO A LAUNDROMAT the service would be better.
