Went to get details on this property and the staff immediately started telling me all the things you canâ€™t do at the apartment. They stated you canâ€™t smoke, have animals, big toys, sun blockers , flower pots or grills on your balcony. Thatâ€™s Ridiculous. Like what the point in having a balcony then. Then she started talking about fines if you donâ€™t follow the trash rules and at that point They lost a potential renter with just those rules alone. Like I literally went in and asked how much was a two bedroom and got that and much more on the tour to the unit.
