        Went to get details on this property and the staff immediately started telling me all the things you can’t do at the apartment. They stated you can’t smoke, have animals, big toys, sun blockers , flower pots or grills on your balcony. That’s Ridiculous. Like what the point in having a balcony then. Then she started talking about fines if you don’t follow the trash rules and at that point They lost a potential renter with just those rules alone. Like I literally went in and asked how much was a two bedroom and got that and much more on the tour to the unit.
