Disappointing Living Conditions at TwentyFive25 Apartments in Dallas, Texas I regretfully share my recent experiences with the TwentyFive25 Apartments in Dallas, Texas, in hopes that future tenants will be aware of the issues they may face when considering this complex. The most pressing issue has been the lack of hot water for the entire complex for an extended period of nearly six weeks. Despite the inconvenience and discomfort this has caused, the landlord and staff have informed us that no rent discounts will be provided to compensate for this significant lapse in essential services. Furthermore, we are still being charged the full rate for water usage. For those seeking an apartment that respects its tenants and provides basic necessities, this may not be the ideal choice. In addition to the hot water issue, the complex has several other shortcomings that detract from the overall living experience. The pool is consistently closed, denying residents the opportunity to enjoy this amenity. The grounds are poorly maintained, with dog waste frequently littering the area and a general lack of cleanliness. The presence of homeless individuals residing within the complex further highlights the lack of proper oversight and security. Moreover, the staff and office workers for the apartment complex have demonstrated an unhelpful and dismissive attitude towards addressing these concerns. As a tenant paying $1,400 per month, the lack of attention to these issues is both disheartening and frustrating. I strongly advise potential renters to consider these factors before choosing to live at the TwentyFive25 Apartments in Dallas, Texas. It is important to find a living environment that prioritizes the comfort and well-being of its residents.

Matthew is very unprofessional, he does not listen to his residents concerns. He speaks to residents as if they are inferior, he should not be in his position.

Only reason I'm giving one star is because you have to in order to post a review. I had very few issues when I first moved in. Then in 2019, I got new upstairs neighbors who thought I wanted to listen to their music instead of enjoying a quiet evening in my apartment. It took management THREE YEARS to do anything about it. Every time anyone moved out, I would get even more roaches in my apartment. They kept raising rent until I could no longer afford to live there. I think they're trying to price the low income families out. They would often turn off the water and not notify the residents until it had been off for a while or until it was about to be turned back on. In 2023 we lost hot water a total of four times in the first two months and they did not notify the residents for at least one of them until the hot water had been off for most of a day. In the last year I lived there, I had issues with my toilet clogging. One time it took over thirty-six hours to get maintenance to come fix it (I lived in a one-bed, one-bath). The last time, they accused me of flushing things other than toilet paper. In the eight years I lived there, there were three different management companies and the office staff changed every few months.
