Unfortunately after RPM took over, the quality of service has gone all the way down hill. Lack of professionalism in about everything. Shon Bell could care less about the tenants, I have send emails in the past and none of them were answered. Maintenance took forever to fix, and even when they came they would just look at it and inform me they will need to order new parts which would take months for the order to come in. The leasing office literally doesnt know anything, i asked about the lease renewal washer and dryer that has two selectable options, all I got from the guy in the leasing office was a oh hmm thats weird idk lol ok great, now im just glad my lease is about to end.

I should've just stayed away $278.95 wasted. They're going to make they money one way or another with no regrets/ exceptions. Then avoid you like you're yesterday's trash. Best wishes to them all. This is no way reflective like you shouldn't apply. This no way reflective towards Ms. Reagan Hightower, she awesome, and followed up with me til her off day. I'm definitely referring to Emily; whom never did follow up regarding last conversation. She was supposed to get with Mgr. and email/ call me back. I've found a better community to join.

Raegan is an angel here on earth! Ive never had a leasing agent as nice and attentive as she has been through this process! She made the process so easy and went over and beyond to make sure I was happy! Im giving 5 stars because thats just how good she was
