Roaches, millipedes, and ant problems galore. Spending waay too much on this unit to be visit so frequently by these bugs.

We moved in 2 months ago. They are awesome here. Something goes wrong they are on it. They are friendly. All the neighbors . This is a nice place to live.

One of the best apartment complex i have ever lived. Maintenance is super fast and office staffs are a great help. Best bang for your buck. My quality of life has improved since i moved to Village Gate. Village has its own park so i get to go on a walk everyday, they also have a full size gym with yoga instructors(all Free). Hassle free parking with great neighbors. Lot of events, concerts and group activities. I am a proud Villager. Tons of restaurants and shops around. 24/7 professional security officers present patrolling the complex and helping residents if any issue occur. Apartments are well renovated and very spacious. You won't be able to find quality at the rate the village gate provides. Thank you

We rented this apartment to stay in DFW as we relocated from out of state. Our experience was horrible with management at the GATE. We moved into an apartment that was infested with roaches. We raised the issue with front desk/management only to be ignored (as if like we were making things up). Our first few nights, we stayed up awake as my wife was terrified these roaches would crawl up on here. We finally got with a real estate agent and, long story short, was able to talk with somebody higher up at Village and get us relocated to another apartment. We stayed there for 3 months and found one large roach.
