The leasing agents - Alex and the Manager, Chenelle - were absolutely GREAT with all aspects of my leasing and moving to AMLI on Maple.

I never got a chance to live here unfortunately due to the very rude attitude of the property manager Chanel Johnson. I worked with Alex and he was amazing so I attempted to apply. The system kept messing up for over an hour and by the time it straightened out another person had applied 15 minutes before it went through. After calling trying to explain, I realized I’m glad I did not make that mistake. 2 stars only because Alex was such a great person.

The staff, in particular the property manager Chanelle Johnson, went above and beyond to help me during a difficult time.
In addition to a wonderful staff, the property is well maintained, maintenance responds almost immediately to any issue, and the multiple levels of security access gives me peace of mind. The pool is also pretty amazing.
Overall, if you’re looking for a nice, quiet, secure and relatively affordable place to live, you can’t beat the AMLI on Maple.
