Fire alarms in unit have gone off 5+ times in the middle of the night but maintenance just replaces batteries and hopes it doesnt happen again but it still does! Had an AC issue I had to fix myself as well because maintenance didnt fix it properly the first time

Karl was fantastic!!! He made me feel welcome. Not once was he pushy, or I felt I was being pressured. I am from NY; I know a salesman when I see one, but Karl is a fantastic consultant, so I decided to complete my application the same day, and yes, the building and amenities are impressiveI am looking forward to moving in May. I highly recommend the AMLi community. I visited several high rises here in Dallas before making my decision, so let me save you some time; visit the AMLi first and ask for Karl.

Strictly based on the lack of customer service. To potentially penalize me $2000+ in compensation due to my client not physically being in town to tour in-person, despite my willingness to accompany via a virtual tour is absolutely ridiculous. Happily accepting at least $45,000 in annual rent from a client I refer but minimizing the commission of their referral source with an insulting $500 flat fee isn't justifiable. My client was even willing to send out a family member to your on their behalf in order to protect my service, and they're still refusing to honor a full commission should my client end up applying. Only high rise in the area reducing locator commissions due to tours being virtual. The hoops we have to jump through to be compensated for honest referrals continues to disappoint. I've brought a plethora of clients to AMLI communities in the area making them thousands of dollars through years of business to get the short end of the deal due to their lack of accommodating for my clients relocating from out of town. Response to owner: It is disappointing that as a professional, I have to continuously advocate for fair compensation when my time could be better spent ensuring my clients are taken care of. Not only did I attempt to come in on my clients behalf to FaceTime her as an escorted tour, you also declined me touring with a family member on my client's behalf. Not one community in the area penalizes my efforts due to my client not physically being present for tours. There are no resources you offered that justify such an insulting outcome. You may see this as a negative review. I see this as exposing the truth about that lack of ethics among property managers.
