The Dakota at Bishop Arts Apartments

Best apartment I have lived in. Management has been responsive to my requests. The amenities are as promised. Cruz, maintenance man extraordinaire, has responded to every need. They even installed grab bars when they noticed i used a walker. Love this community so far.

I've lived at Bellrock Bishops Arts for four year. The maintenance is superb and I enjoy the ability to maintain my patio garden. The sunfolwers are here!

Quintin M. Was most respectful! Waited for us and game use the time of day even tho we were super late to show us his largest 1b1b for $1700. Told him unfortunately that it is outside my price range but was respectful and understood our prospective.

Not your number 1 go to place. walls are thin so you can have noise issue like I did. Suffered for a whole year and woke up multiple times in middle of night. Also, the front staff people, especially the male, is not the friendliest and have the attitude of I don't care. Plus, the male front staff person routinely comes late such as today. Says that office opens at 9am but he will come in when he wants. Have a video at 9:45am of the office still being closed and so had this issue multiple times with the office not being open on time. Also parking spots are very narrow to squeeze in more spots so very likely that your car will get scratched unless you pay separately for a garage or parking spot. Also, the hallway smells like weed and cigarettes. Maintenance people are great and friendly, only reason to give 2 stars instead of 1.

I have had nothing short of a wonderful experience here at Bellrock Bishop Arts. The living accommodations are excellent, the property is beautiful and the staff is phenomenal. Special thank you to Olga . She is very professional and an excellent property manager . I would recommend this property to all my friends. Olga and her team are always available and willing to help with any concerns or questions I have. Olga is super friendly and caring, I can tell she really takes pride in her job and has a passion for helping others. The maintenance team does an immaculate job and responds extremely fast for work orders, both my AC and Washer were fixed same day on separate occasions. Olga and her team do a great job with taking care of the community overall and along with the tremendous rent growth happening in the DFW they deserve a generous raise. :)
