Christina gave us an amazing tour and she was a fun and engaging ambassador of your property. Her candid responses to our questions combined with her thorough review of the amenities, finer details of the history of building and its unique qualities were appreciated and very helpful. Ive toured many buildings in Dallas and she is at the top of the group in her professionalism! I loved the building and the wide-view 2/2.5. The amenities were impressive and comprehensive. Multiple five-star restaurants, integration to the Thompson Hotel Spa, impressive pool and hot tubs with see-through pool wall into one of the swanky restaurant lounges. Club-like bars and expansive views over 500' up that are truly unrivaled in Dallas. Very dog friendly with an amazing dog spa and three exercise areas. The penthouses we toured were large with high-end JennAir appliances and marbled bathrooms with beautiful fixtures. Living areas were huge with dual-wall marbled fireplace and beautiful wet bar with bar ice machine and mirrored display and under-counter wine storage unit. Valet and concierge everything including housekeeping, free breakfast three days a week and daily coffee service to your doorstep. If you want turnkey community in historic downtown Dallas, this is an unbeatable lifestyle and an excellent value in the dowtown rental community. Make sure you ask for Christina!

Very clean place with very nice amenities. The views are great and the staff has been very pleasant. Sofia has taken great care of us during our time in the building and always has a smile on her face. She is very thorough in getting us information we need about our rental and in helping with any issues we have had. Great place if you're looking for a luxury apartment in dallas.

Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was able to answer all the questions my husband and I have had throughout the process of signing our lease. Although we have not moved in just yet, we are super excited to move in, there are tons of amenities in the building as well as things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend touring this place, you wont want to tour any other apartments in the area after you see what the National has to offer!
