I was skeptical after reading the reviews but went to scout for my son .Walter was awesome and the plans he has for the property are great even the work he is doing now.so don't always believe the reviews. ****Under new management**** Hopefully my son will be a new resident 😌😊

Rude Rude and just rude only move here only when have no choice. Management change every other season no pool excess at all. High crime rate in the back of apartment complex

My daughter has lived here far to long. Management is rude and seems like they changed every week. Rent money being misused and the tenants are the ones that suffer. Tenants were informed of closing and that they would receive $2000 to help with relocating but they informed my daughter that she wouldn't be getting anything because Section 8 terminated their contract with them. They are roachh infested and carpet ants infested as well. WILL NOT fix anything no matter how many work orders you put in. This is the most horrible place I have ever lived.
