A total dump. They put a coat of paint on a terrible, falling apart apartment and, guess what, it's still falling apart. The AC is broken, the water, electricity, and internet get turned off with no notice. The managers are thieves.

WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!!! NO A/C DOES NOT WORK IN THE SUMMER! ROACHES OMG SO MANY ROACHES!! MANAGEMENT IS INCOMPETENT, THEY DO NOT CARE! THESE APARTMENTS NEED TO BE TORN DOWN AND THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED WITH PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE IN THAT FIELD! THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING YET THEY WANT RENT ON TIME! PLUS YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO A DIFFERENT COMPLEX TO PAY YOUR RENT BECAUSE THEY ARE STILL "REMODELING" THE OFFICE AT THE COMPLEX! SIMPLY THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH! Wow!!! The owner keeps saying all these bad reviews are not relevant... but they are!!! When I lived there it was the absolute worse and I stand by my review... this complex is horrible! If they made changes there's no way for me to know if this is true. So again... this apartment complex is the absolute worst....

A complete slum. Utilities are turned off with no notice! The facilities are falling apart. There is a homeless camp located just behind the apartments and the homeless roam on the grounds making myself and my family feel very unsafe. STAY AWAY!

First of all this is an airbnb now. I use to work for the company that owns this building and I left willingly. I thought I would give them some business when my friends mom came to visit. Suzanne the owners wife ripped them off. They paid for a month but after two weeks they kicked them out because they complained about roaches. Do not stay here
