Paces Cove

I’ve just renewed my lease for a second year. My apartment is spacious and I keep it clean, so I don’t have a problem with roaches at all. The office staff is so professional and friendly. Maritza is such a pleasure to work with. She gets things done. Maintenance is quick with anything that might need to be addressed. The pool is cleaned all the time. Covered parking, Cable & internet provided. This is a great place to call home. Maritza always has a beautiful smile on her face.

I give this apartments 3 starts they are nice spacious I kept my apartment clean so I didn’t have much problems with roaches I would still add treatment to prevent them coming from other apartments, one big problem I had was they constantly left notes in my door talking about maintenance goin in or fire department or inspection so be ready for your privacy to be invaded. If you trying to lease here speak with maritza she is really friendly makes everything clear and tries to help with everything she can. The other girl doesn’t try to help out at all.

Roach infested apartment complex. I already posted a lengthy review on my experience with these apartments but they removed it. Anyways. Do NOT move here unless you don't mind living with cockroaches. Simple as that.

Came by yesterday to look at an apartment. Been trying to move forward with the process but nobody has been answering my phone calls.
