Terrible experience that my rental vehicle got towed because they claimed I had a typo on the number plate I entered. (I am out of state and I added "TX" IN front of the number plate as shown in the car rental agreement). Communicated with the apartment management and they DID not do anything.

Im going to give a detailed review as a resident that has been living here for 2 months. Community: Very diverse. All sorts of ethnicities and ages. Havent ran into any unfriendly people yet. Staff: The staff has been friendly and as helpful as can be. I have no complaints about them. Maintenance: The Maintenance team is unbelievably quick. If you put in a request in the morning, expect for them to be there in 2-4 hours. Front Gate: This apartment is advertised as a gated community, butthe gate doesnt work half of the time. The longest that the gate has been broken was for 5 days, so it was open access for everyone. Pets: This apartment is pet friendly. There are a lot of dogs living hereand when I say a lot, I mean A LOT. If youre not a big fan of dogsyou probably wont have the best experience here. You WILL hear the dogs crying and barking periodically from sun up to sun down. Not much you can do about that. The Apartment: My apartment was clean and everything was operating functionally on move in day. Though, I was told that I would have hardwood floors, instead I was given carpet. Unfortunately, the walls are thin. Meaning that you WILL hear your neighbors music playing on speakers. You WILL hear your neighbors watching tv/movies if the volume is loud. Last but not least, you WILL hear your neighbors laughing/ talking loudly in the middle of the night. If youre a person that enjoys peace and quiet, expect not to get that here. Nevertheless, its a decent apartment in a decent area.

My partner and I moved here from out of state two months ago and the entire process from the moment we applied up until the day we moved in was very quick and smooth. I have been very impressed with this community in the short two months I have been here. The apartment itself is spacious and the updated finishes give it a very modern feel. The maintenance team usually responds to and completes requests in the same day which is always great. Id also like to give a special shout-out to Angelica from the leasing office! She was the person who made this process for us moving from out of state so easy. The communication was quick and consistent. She was able to fully articulate thoroughly the answers to any question that we had. I have nothing but good things to say about Angelica and the entire leasing office team!
