Management has really let this property go. Always passing the buck, blaming upper management, or just not doing their jobs. One of the many problems facing this property is pet waste. Perhaps it is a combination of ignorant residents or lazy management, either way it's not a good look to see dog waste in the halls, nor is it healthy. The property has installed cameras over the past few years however that hasn't seem to help. Make sure you tour the entire property inside and out before you decide on moving in. Also don't trust what management says, they are famous for telling residents what they want to hear, and then doing absolutely nothing about it. Most of the positive reviews are fraudulent as they are mostly friends of employees.

Update: Property manager reached out (after being on leave - yay COVID) and was able to make necessary changes, including reaching out to the collections group to have my name removed. *That* is the high quality customer service I'm used to getting, and I'm so glad I could close out my time there on good terms. Original post: About 8 days after I moved out, I received an e-mail from the property manager with an itemized list of errant charges (e.g an extra day of rent and other charges) that I seem to have no way to dispute before it's sent to collections. The language used is: "Your account will be assigned to a third party collection company upon receipt of this letter." I tried reaching out but haven't heard back since the holidays wrapped up. I imagine this is common practice, which is disappointing, as I was hoping to close out my 2-yr stay on good terms.

I’ve lived here a little over 6 months, my 4th apartment in Dallas and my absolute most favorite. From the apartment to amenities to the staff, everything is top notch. I definitely plan on renewing my lease here!

Been living here for almost 4 years. The management and maintenance staff are so awesome. They always respond in a timely manner and great team. Apartment is close to many restaurants and entertainment in the city. Love this place!
