Horrible experience. When I went to drop my shirt I told the girl to please make sure they clean it well because it had like a yellow stain around the neck, the look she gave me seemed like she didn’t care at all. When I went to pick it up the exact same girl told me it was stained around the neck and she could “send it back” and it would take another day. I needed my shirt for a meeting the next morning, instead of calling me and giving me an option to go buy another or something else as they had all my information. Nada.
I don’t care how much it is, just expect a job done right. I was expecting a better job with that “All Star Cleaners and Laundry” name. What a joke. Should be called planchaduria or something.
Next time I will go somewhere else or even Matamoros is worth the line. Never going back to this place again.
