I brought a damaged wedding veil to get steamed. I inquired if they could fix the damage and they claimed they couldn't. Due to this, I had plans to repair elsewhere. So we agreed to only steam the veil and was told I had to pre-pay for this type of work. Later, I picked up the veil and came home to find only 1/3 of the veil completed. I called the location letting them know about the issue & was assured by the staff to return to have it "re-done". I had the veil repaired elsewhere & returned to receive the steam initially requested. The staff member present assumed the repaired work is what caused the wrinkles. I assured her that her accusations were false. She re-examined the veil and quickly realized she was wrong and didn't even apologize. Her response was, "I believe the wrinkles are unremovable because the fabric is damaged due to improper folding. All services aren't fully garuanteed." To make matters worse, she even tried charging me again to "re-steam" the failed product. Why ask a paying customer to return & pay for a service again that wasn't even properly fulfilled the first time? Service: Clothes pressing
