Picked up a shirt I left for dry cleaning. Once I got home, I noticed the stains were still there. I called in and spoke with Karen, who was nice enough to offer a free service for the shirt we picked up. I just want to take the time to appreciate the offer and I hope they can remove the stains.

I went on Monday for the alterations and they told me it will be ready by Wednesday at five o'clock in the afternoon went to pick it up was not ready they told me that it will be ready until May 12th very unprofessional people working there told her why so long she could not answer my question very bad Service: Alterations
