I have taken a ugh blanket to be cleaned there. And I do not think they have a good system because they miss entire spots on the blanket. They did it before and I gave them another chance and now they did it again. The sticky part on the Fluffy blanket was easily removed with a little bit of water and a dry towel. Obviously I did not see that when I had it at home or I would have spot cleaned it myself. However, I sent the blanket in for the whole thing to be cleaned. And that they missed that part tells me what other things did they miss? Did they actually go row by row to do the entire blanket? And when I pointed it out to the clerk, she said she didn't know what it was. I should have insisted on getting my money back or at least having them do it again for free but I was in a hurry. I do not recommend this place for your furry blankets or anything else for that matter because if they did Overlook something so minor that is their job so easy for them to do and they didn't do it I wouldn't trust him with any of my dry cleaning.. they're fired.
