      image Three stars for a very particular reason. Normally excellent service and turnaround times. However, I have noticed that two of my shirts have had buttons broken in the exact same place. Then when I took one of them back to be cleaned I asked for the button to be replaced. It was tagged, but not replaced.

Please bring back the shirts so we can take care of them, and replace the buttons, we made a note under your profile so we will pay extra attention to buttons conditions when inspecting button down shirts, especially on the cuffs .
