The initial website appointment booking worked very smoothly. They called the day of the appointment to ask if they could come early. Then during the repair, they tried to reuse as much materials as possible, to save money on parts, but when that wasn't possible due to their age, they explained why and went over what was needed and the prices to get the repair done. Before leaving we tested the repair multiple times to ensure that there were no problems. Given this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and would hire them again should I need a similar service in the future!
