I met Ron and Connie Braga after we toured a home for sale that he previously built. Both he and Connie were kind and very professional. Ron was our Realtor on 2 houses and sold both homes extremely quickly (12 hours on the first home and 2 days on the second). We then contracted with him to be our builder for our new home in Clive. During the build process we met with the architect, the electrician, plumbers, and carpenters: all the professionals that would be working on our home. As a result, we had input on and designed every last nook and cranny. Ron and Connie will provide ideas and help you make decisions based on their vast experience and knowledge, but also want your home to be distinctly yours. They were incredible to work with during the build, and have been extremely responsive after with any follow up items. Ron and Connie understand that building a home is not just business deal. They understand that it is building and cultivating a relationship. They went above and beyond for my family, and we now have the ability to call them friends.

Braga Homes built my home a little over 8 years ago! They were absolutely amazing and were there for every step of the building process! They answered all my questions and helped me find beautiful selections for my home that were fashionable and still within my budget! Braga Homes made the building process fun and exciting! Best homebuilders in the area! We built our home a couple years ago and they did a great job! Ron and Connie are fantastic to work with. Braga Homes did an amazing job with the new build we moved into in November. Ron's design is perfect for our family with two bedrooms up and two down and the products/materials used are all high quality. Connie's vision and design are superb - I love how everything came together, especially since I never would have thought of the combinations she implemented with the light fixtures. We had minimal changes, and those were professional received and adopted. Working through the inspection and purchase process was a breeze with competent subcontractors in place.
