Roller and spring replacement went very well. Door is much quieter when opening and closing. No call back yet with quote for installation of new weather sealing. This may not be the type of work the company normally does. Technicians were very polite - thank you!

I was quickly contacted after purchasing the door opener special on Google, and he worked around my difficult schedule to get the new openers installed right away. He did great work and stands by his labor for the life of the equipment. He offers much better value than buying an opener through a big box store and having them install.

Literally a perfect experience. Love our new doors. The crew who installed them were great. Hauled away our old doors. Everything is working great with the new ones. They even replaced the weather stripping around the doors. Everything looks perfect. I highly recommend Austin Garage Doors.

I called at 7:10am on Monday morning and he was there by 8:30am as promised. He immediately replaced the broken spring. We made the decision to replace the other one since it was also quite old. He also oiled everything and it is running much better than it ever has. He finished the work in 30 minutes (by 9:00am) as promised so I was still able to get to work on time. I would definitely use Austin Garage Doors. in the future and recommend them to others.

This service is fantastic. I called in the morning inquiring about a wall mount garage door opener. They described the model I was asking for and stated they can have a tech out at noon to install it. The technician, Sam, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable.
