Ive been taking classes at this studio for 7 months now and not only has my yoga practice improved, but all my mindfulness practices outside of class have been enhanced. Vickie is an incredible teacher and I learn something new every class. She also does a great job of creating a welcoming community space. When I step through the door at Happy Go Yogi, I instantly feel at hOMe.

This is by far my favorite yoga class in Nashville. I always feel refreshed after. Vickies spirit always brightens up my day. And if you have time after stay for a chat and a cup of tea.

Vickie is the best instructor. I have never felt more valued and safe in a class than with Happy Go Yogi. This practice has opened up my heart and expanded my life. She is a great yoga and meditation teacher and one of the best sound healers in Nashville.

Peaceful class, healing, friendships, beautiful space. Kundalini Yoga has improved my life. Vickey has a natural flow to leading her class, allowing us all to have a safe space to expand, and to build a healthy community together.
