Love!!! I participated in an online class and was thrilled to participate in the comfort of my home. The pace was great and focused on multiple connected movements that left me feeling refreshed and and calm. I would definitely return!

I did an online version of a session and it was great! The flow was natural and the pacing wasnt too tough. Plus, my body did things I didnt even know it could do lol! So excited and would love to try another session!

Studio V did a virtual workout with Steadfast and True, and it was amazing! The session was both stimulating and relaxing. It was a refreshing experience, and it got me ready for the week ahead!
