I just began going to Y6 in April but from the first class I was easily hooked. The welcoming atmosphere from the front desk to the instructors along with the do what you can attitude allows all to feel included in the studio. Come try and you will likely feel as I do emotionally recharged and uplifted!

The class was unbelievable, the staff was very helpful, worth the 10 hour drive from Buffalo NY. Whole experience was amazing.

The instructors and staff are amazing. I was very unsure and nervous about getting into yoga due to a bad experience in the past and they have been so encouraging and understanding. Instructors are great about giving modifications and suggestions to make sure everyBODY can enjoy yoga!
