I visited this yoga studio twice when I was in Nashville to run a half marathon earlier this spring. I absolutely loved it and should not have waited so long to write a good review! Here are a few things that stood out to me -
1. The space is clean and well decorated.
2. Parking is free and easy to find.
3. The instructors (I had a different one for each class) were experienced, really seemed to care about each individual's abilities and goals, and took time talking to each of us. The one who taught the Fire class (I can't remember her name?!) was especially fun and had great stories for us.
4. Class size was small (under 10 people)
I practice yoga 3-4 times a week and this is one of the best studios I have ever visited!
