        I can honestly say Heart of Wisdom is excellent in every way. From all of its evolutions, the studio has adapted with grace. The owner, Kim, is fun, easy going and makes newbies and long time yogis, alike, feel welcome, challenged in their practice, and excited for more. Ive practiced with several of the instructors and Im always leaving happy and refreshed!

        I've been a yogi for almost 20 years now, and being newish to the Nashville area, I wanted to find a teacher that was just my speed - where I feel like I've worked my body, but still with a gentle approach. Kim's teaching style provides just that! I would highly recommend her classes and studio!
