I have been a client of Crista's since she moved back to Nashville from Chicago in 2010. I had actually met her previously when I had visited Chicago in 2005. My regular therapist in TN had moved and after slipping on ice I needed immediate pain relief. I was pleasantly surprised to find Crista had returned to Nashville. Upon meeting her she once again put me at ease with her friendly and professional demeanor. I was impressed that she took the time to get to know my health conditions again so that she could effectively get me back on the right path of treating the pain. A couple of sessions later, and I could tell a big difference. I have found her massages to be more effective than the chiropractic treatments for me. I enjoy the new Airport location due to the convenience and ease of scheduling. It is cozy and inviting for all. Last week when I tried to schedule with Crista the last minute, she was booked and saw another therapist instead. I was pleasantly surprised to get a really good massage that rivaled Crista's. I am certainly partial to Crista but I would recommend any the therapists at Relax in Nashville.

My entire experience at Relax was extremely uncomfortable. They really emphasize their ability to massage "executive men," and after the massage I was left wondering if this place is a brothel. I don't know if that was by design, but I'm a married man, and left feeling somewhat violated. Crista was not respectful of my time, talked throughout the experience, and was very invasive. Don't let businesses like this thrive in Nashville. There is absolutely no place for it.
