SunTrust - Closed

Branches closed didn't see it until I got there also as my quest to get a review on every single suntrust location that I find I must inform that this is by far the worst banking institution I have ever encountered in my lifetime they decided that they thought there was fraud on my account which there was not and has been validated and proven yet my funds are still held for well over two weeks this account was my primary account all my direct deposits go to it and now I am still 2 weeks later unable to get my money I was traveling when they did this phone alert on my account so you can imagine my hotel stays became stays within my car I was unable to have gas in my vehicle to travel back home so my travel time was extended again sleeping in my car and to mention the fraudulent activity that they found on my account was a stimulus check Mobile deposit with my fiance's name who was with me on this traveling disaster and we were willing to go into the branch to show identification for both of us that they simply were just erroneous in doing such as ridiculous closure of an account let alone freezing all the funds so that we were unable to do anything and I repeat this was a government stimulus check that is obviously not fraudulent anyway the customer service Representatives gave no answers other than you'll get your money someday you'll get a letter someday and we'll send you a check someday meanwhile my entire vacation has been ruined because SunTrust decided to freeze my money including my direct deposits from my employer including the money I had in the account for traveling and the check that we deposited no answers no real reasons why and yet I am still sleeping in my car waiting for my money I'm going to post this on every single branch that I could find so that everyone who has SunTrust or consider SunTrust knows how horrible this bank really is this is going to include pictures of proof once I get them that this was a ridiculous and erroneous situation that caused me beyond hardships and if anyone else were to do something like they did there would be charges made this is not only unethical it's down right inhuman

Honestly this bank isn't great and the app is down all the time for maintenance

Branch closed! The “Updates” issued by Suntrust for this branch stated the lobby was closing but the drive through auto-teller would still be open. Well it isn’t. I drove to the Apison branch and it’s also closed. Not even an ATM!! I had to use Region’s bank 😡

Thank you so much to Adana Boyd. My grandmother recently passed away and she was very helpful to my grandfather and me. She gave us all of our options and throughly explained everything to us. We did not feel rushed nor did we feel confused. She answered all of our questions. I am not an easy person to impress but she did impress me. Thanks again!
