      image I had a SunTrust credit card and I am paying the card and now the merger Truist bank hasn't sent me the new card and went in to talk about the new card and still haven't received the new card

      image Asked to withdraw money from my savings account and was instead taken from my checking. I did not have 2k in my checking so it overdrafted. I dont know if they couldn't pull from savings or didn't hear me say "from savings" but either way I feel like they should be able to see this will overdraft and communicate I need to do something on my end.

      image The slowest bank ever! Only 2 of the 4 drive thru lanes are open on a Friday. Truist took over and closed all of the branches nearby so this location is the only one to go to.
