Dr. Rosemary Harris is an excellent doctor. She has a very nice personality and takes the time to explain things and answer any questions. The staff that works there are also very pleasant.

I've been searching for a new family Dr after mine left the practice. I see Dr Ott and she is AMAZING!!! She is compassionate. She will respond to you via the portal too!!

Both my mother and I have been going to Dr Ott since 2015 when she was over in Warminster. I am a person who is very proactive about my care, as well as my mother's, and Dr Ott knows this. She is actually very personable. I use the Portal for many things, but there are times when I have to call for an appointment because it is needed for small routine stuff. Not a huge problem because the office staff does pick up. Some of the complaints I am reading about the front office staff have been fixed. I would suggest making sure, though, that you have access to the MyCharts app or access to the Jefferson portal, as you get everything right at your fingertips. We drive a distance to see Dr Ott, but it's definitely worth it. Getting good care is getting harder to find!
