Absolute disgrace! The woman who answers the phone is not suited to talk to patients. She is rude and condescending to you if she has to look anything up. So now because I disagreed with her phone manners I apparently was sent a letter to find another doctor. Good riddance, the convenience of being so close to home doesnt outweigh the unnecessary rudeness that you have to endure when youre calling about your health.

Went in today to get my prescription refilled for anxiety medication that I've been prescribed to for the last 2 years and I was denied. It was a medication I would take as needed and it helped. I felt extremely disregarded when I was trying to explain my symptoms, and I was basically told I don't really have anxiety, when I do. I'll be making an appointment with a psychiatrist who will actually listen instead of act like im some dumb 30 year old millennial that can't handle anything. I think this dr. Sees mostly elderly people and doesn't understand anxiety. He thinks anxiety is not being able to sleep. Lol I sleep to get away from my anxiety. That's ok I will go see a mental health specialist who I can explain to what's going on in full detail and they can decide how anxious I really am. Very disappointed, not only that I got denied medication but that my voice was not heard and disregarded.
