Honestly we see dr. Ponamgi and shes great but everything else about this practice sucks. Trying to get in for a sick appointment is literally impossible, and if you have a regular appointment and have the flu they rather you come in and infect everyone then switch you to telehealth appointment because that mean it has to be same day sick and they dont have those available even though your time slot with a doctor is available. So the logic is not there and although Ive the doctor its not worth dealing with scheduling. Find someone whose front desk cares about you

If youre not an established client, dont bother. I was told because Im a new client that I have to wait at least 3 months for an appointment no matter the problem. When asked if they had appointments available, the receptionist responded with oh we have appointments for already established clients, but we dont know your medical history, so you have to wait till at least February for an appointment. they are admitting that they have available appointments, they just refuse to give them to you. New clients dont waste your time, this office does not care. If you want some empathy or compassion, best to go elsewhere.

My mom has been with this office and their other location in Bensalem for several years now and is very comfortable with the providers she has seen, as well as the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and kind. Her current provider is Svetlana Mamikonyan and she is the sweetest. She really seems to care about my mom and treats her as such. We actually drive a distance to go here but feel it's worth it. I would recommend this practice, as would my mom.
