        I had the pleasure of having Dr. Lisgar as my PCM for the better part of a decade. I only stopped seeing him because I moved out of the area. He is not just one of the best doctors I've ever known, I consider him a dear friend. I highly recommend him.

        Harvey was our family doctor for 32 years, seeing us through ups and downs in our lives. Now that we have moved to an area with very low dr to patient ratios, i appreciate him even more. He has a rare trait and one very few doctors have - he truly cares. Empathy matters!
