The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because the staff in the store was helpful and pleasant to deal with. I am only giving 2 stars because tmobile service is absolutely terrible and if it wasn't for the store itself, I would be giving 1 star. I switched 2 lines from Verizon as I was looking for a better deal on data plans. I was only with tmobile for 3 days and found that I didn't get service anywhere I could before and when my phone said 4g I literally had 200 kb per second on speed test (this is like dial up people). Do not buy into tmobile sales gimmicks or lies! You get what you pay for and I switched back to verizon.

I walked in at 6:00pm, the sign says they close at 8:00pm..  Ian the sales associate who looked like he was 11 years old kept insisting they were closing in 15 minutes.. He seemed unwilling to get the process started of getting me a new phone, so we just left..
