      image Huge shout out to Nelly at the Paper Mill store. We went in to switch 3 lines over to T-Mobile from Verizon. Initially the transfer wasnt completed as we were told by another rep and that left us disappointed leaving the store. I left feedback through a text message and almost instantly Nelly called me to make everything right! In a world where customer service isnt a focus point anymore by many companies, T-Mobile, Nelly and his manager really stepped up to make things right. Highly recommend you go see him if youre in need of a new service or any issues with an existing one! Thanks again!
